  1. Changed Numbers & Failed Messages
We reserve the right to modify the telephone number or shortcode used for our SMS service at any time. If such changes occur, we will notify you accordingly.
If you send messages (such as STOP or HELP) to an outdated number, we cannot guarantee receipt, and we are not responsible for processing such requests.
Additionally, messages may not be delivered due to technical issues or carrier restrictions. To ensure you receive our messages, please provide us with your latest and correct phone number. MieMie Gift is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or errors in messaging.

  • The arbitrator will provide a written decision with relevant findings and legal conclusions.
  • The arbitrator does not have the authority to alter laws; their decision may be reviewed by a court.
  • Each party is responsible for their own attorney fees and arbitration costs.
  • This arbitration agreement is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act (FAA).

(3) Opt-Out Option

You may opt out of this arbitration agreement within 30 days of first using the MieMie Gift SMS service by submitting a written notice, including:

  • Your Address
  • A Clear Statement that You Wish to Opt-Out of Arbitration
Please send your opt-out request to miemiegift@outlook.com. We recommend using a trackable mailing method to ensure receipt. If you do not opt out within 30 days, you agree to be bound by this arbitration clause.
  1. Class Action Waiver
You agree that any claim against MieMie Gift must be brought individually and not as part of a class action, representative, or collective lawsuit.
Unless both parties agree in writing, the arbitrator cannot combine multiple users' claims into one arbitration and cannot preside over any class or group claims.
  1. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. These terms apply to both U.S. and international customers.
